b. 1-2-1 Readings: Bookings for 1-2-1 readings are available through our website. Users are required to select a time slot and make a payment for the reading. Refunds after the reading are not allowed. We may allow refund if you have had a 1-2-1 reading and you or the reader end the reading before 5 minutes.​
